As a seasoned inspirational leader of people, programs and systems, Carla has spent twenty years in senior leadership roles in the health and insurance sectors. From delivering front line service to leading operational teams to divisional strategic leadership; she has championed internal and external service delivery model transformation. Combine this understanding with qualifications and experience in coaching, human resources, and change management, and a powerful conduit to support leaders and organizations emerges.

A graduate from the Saint John School of Nursing in 1986, she has worked with critically ill and emergency patients for 12 years. She continued her nursing career by graduating with a Bachelor of Nursing degree from UNB; obtained a certificate in Mental Health; has been honored with an “Excellence in Clinical Leadership” provincial recognition award and continued her nursing career in community development and working with families through VON.

Cony Brienza is a Saint John-based executive coach affiliated with Vision Coaching, Inc. Cony is also the president of Brienza Business Ventures, a management consulting firm helping organizations undergoing significant change by working with managers and teams to improve leadership effectiveness and to reduce risk by actively managing the change dynamic.

When you meet Dave for the first time you will be drawn into his enthusiasm for helping people from all walks of life.  He thrives on challenging people to be bold, to take risks and to realize their biggest dreams. This philosophy guided Dave as a competitive hockey player and has served him well throughout his career.

Stephanie has a passion for work relating to coaching, teambuilding, leadership and human resources management.  This passion is complemented by over ten years of experience in municipal government. Stephanie encourages others to dream large and to chart a course towards an imagined future in which the circle explodes outward with new possibilities in all areas of their lives.

Janelle is a Royal Roads University Graduate Certified Executive Coach currently residing in New Brunswick, Canada and the Owner/President of The Integrated Focus Group. Prior to entering the world of coaching, Janelle held senior Human Resource positions for companies in a variety of industry verticals and worked independently as a Personal Coach and seminar facilitator in Eastern Canada and Eastern Europe.
