Flexible Training Format
The 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™ can be delivered live over one and a half days however, this program is designed to be flexible and can be delivered in three half days spread out over time or in a blended learning approach with part of the program delivered live and another part virtually in our virtual classroom. Or the program can be delivered entirely via virtual classroom.

International Coach Federation (ICF) ACSTH Approved Program
The 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™ is the first-step program in our Coach Approach to Leadership Series™ which is approved by the ICF as an ACSTH Program. When completed, this program provides 12 Approved Coach Specific Training Hours towards the 60 hours needed for ICF Associate Certified Coach certification. When combined with the other programs in the Coach Approach to Leadership Series™ (the Coaching Fundamentals Program™ and the Coaching Skills Practicum), you will have accrued 39 hours toward the required 60 hours.
