Coaching Out of the Box® founder Alison Hendren, MCC is a pioneer and leader in the profession of coaching, certified by the International Coach Federation (the foremost, internationally recognized professional association for coaches). She is committed to excellence in providing outstanding coaching for individuals and businesses worldwide and her experience includes coaching, executive management, training and speaking.

Her corporate, professional and entrepreneurial clients have included those from the following fields: medical, legal, financial, consulting, real estate, creative and performing arts, service industry, manufacturing, professional sports fields and more.

 
Alison is passionate about the power and value of coaching, and her vision is that everyone learns coaching skills. As an global Executive Coach and Coach Trainer, she has seen what coaching competency can do for leaders, managers, entrepreneurs and professionals ... it makes their jobs EASIER!! It inspires the people who work with those leaders to become more excited, engaged, productive and more fully utilized. It taps into their strengths, talents and ideas to leverage them to accelerate things moving forward. These ideas, strengths and talents may never have been tapped into if “coaching” had not been utilized to bring this out. It is the best tool to create a structure of accountability for getting things done and moving forward.
