Take the "Train the Trainer" Program
What are the prerequisites? All licensed facilitators must be graduates of a coach training program accredited by The International Coach Federation and experienced and comfortable delivering workshops and/or presentations. You will need a computer with high speed internet access and noise cancelling microphone (web camera is optional). What does the Train the Trainer for the 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program include?1. The 8 Week Train the Trainer Program will be delivered via 8 one and a half hour virtual classrooms (see www.elluminate.com for more info on the latest technology used by Universities and businesses worldwide to support their students and employees in learning). We will be speaking in real time via the latest Voice Over Internet Protocol. The class will be recorded for those who might have to miss one and/or viewable for review. It is just as if you are there when you watch and listen to the recorded class on your computer! 2. Box® Contents: Participant Workbook; Trainer Guide; Pyramid; Pen; 365 Coaching Questions Booklet; and DVD 3. Membership in a growing community of successful licensed facilitators across Canada and the United States. Monthly Meetings via Elluminate to support best practices, share experience, discuss business development and topics that will contribute to your professional development…we want to support your growth as coaches as well as support your success using 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Trainging Program!! 4. Each graduate of the Trainer the Trainer Program will be listed on the CoachingOutoftheBox.com website as a Licensed Trainer. What is the cost?
$2,495 US for USA/International participants
$2,794.40 CDN for Canadians (HST included). Upon successfully completing the TRAIN THE TRAINER program, participants will be qualified and licensed to use the 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program with their clients.
