A graduate from the Saint John School of Nursing in 1986, she has worked with critically ill and emergency patients for 12 years. She continued her nursing career by graduating with a Bachelor of Nursing degree from UNB; obtained a certificate in Mental Health; has been honored with an “Excellence in Clinical Leadership” provincial recognition award and continued her nursing career in community development and working with families through VON. Most recently, Chandra has worked with Public Health, coordinating the Healthy Learners Program in School District 10 specializing in health promotion and working with young people.Chandra now works with young people, parents and youth advocates one on one, in groups, customizing workshops and offers topics for your public speaking needs. Cony Brienza is a Saint John-based executive coach affiliated with Vision Coaching, Inc. Cony is also the president of Brienza Business Ventures, a management consulting firm helping organizations undergoing significant change by working with managers and teams to improve leadership effectiveness and to reduce risk by actively managing the change dynamic.
Cony’s 20-year plus career in organizational change has provided her with opportunities to work in many corporate and non-profit sectors including telecommunications, health care, agriculture, grain services, manufacturing and financial services. Most recently, she has been working in Eastern Canada with Atlantic Health Sciences Corporation, Aliant Telecommunications, Innovatia, Efficiency New Brunswick and Irving Oil.

For Marilyn, Executive Coaching is a natural extension of her formal education and people-focused career. She has studied Psychology, Counseling and Executive Coaching. She received her Bachelor in Science in Psychology from the University of Toronto in 1988, and her Masters of Arts in Counseling in 2003 from Providence Seminary in Manitoba. She recently completed her graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from RoyalRoadsUniversity in Victoria.
Marilyn began her counseling career with a small, private practice, where she was primarily focused on marital therapy, assertiveness training and childhood abuse. She then broadened her focus to include training in the non-profit sector. There she focused on such topics as volunteer management, board development and organizational wellness.
Since 2004, Marilyn has provided executive leadership to a human resource consulting and training firm. In this position, Marilyn has promoted leaders’ self-awareness and an appreciation of the unique strengths of team members. Organizations have benefited through improved team dynamics, communication and productivity.
