Master Certified Coach Amy Ruppert has been a leading pioneer in the development of coaching worldwide. Practicing since 1996 she has coached a wide variety of clients including professionals, business owners and senior level executives from corporations ranging in annual revenues from $10 million to $30 billion. Amy has played an integral role in developing coaching as a worldwide profession. For over five years she was on the executive team of Coach U which many consider the grandfather of coach training organizations. During her time with Coach U, Amy helped grow the organization from under 700 students in the U.S. and Canada, to over 7,000 students in 36 countries. In 2001 Amy ended her tenure there as President of Coach Live which produced as many as 65 live coach training events each year for personal, business, and corporate coaches around the world. In March 2005 Amy was asked to be a charter faculty member at the University of Texas School of Management Executive and Professional Coaching Program where she helped developed a portion of the curriculum for this groundbreaking program, the first academically accredited coach training program in the U.S. Amy has also been involved in the development of certification standards and content for the International Coach Federation (ICF), the most recognized coach certification throughout the world. She sat on the Certification Exam Development Committee where competencies, exam content, and exam procedures were initially developed for the coaching profession and have gone on to be worldwide standards. Prior to coaching, Amy built a $4 million corporate communications business from the ground floor up. She attributes her success to tenacity, determination, and an unbridled passion; coupled with a deep and consistent commitment to her own personal development. Amy's private practice holds an average of 30 clients and also services client companies on individual and group coaching initiatives.
