Danae Johnson, CHRP, CEC Danae is inspired to create positive change and greater fulfillment in her work with both individual leaders and whole organizations. She has witnessed this most when leaders make time to expand their level of awareness, their impact on others, focus on their strengths and realize their own unique and amazing potential. As the principal of Thinking Partners and serving as a senior associate with a select group of consulting firms, Danae’s clients achieve this through one-on-one coaching, customized culture and leadership development and progressive people practises. Danae is a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and Canadian Human Resource Professional (CHRP) with over 20 years of experience in leadership development, organizational culture design and executive coaching. Prior to starting her own company, Danae worked as the Vice President of People Development for a world leader in resort operations and real estate development with 25,000 employees and volunteers worldwide. Her clinical background in pediatric oncology grounded her with the privilege and compassion in the service of others.
