As an Executive Coach and Coaching Educator since 1996, Alison has seen the transformative power of coaching in maximizing the full potential of people. Passionate about what coaching can do and how it can affect every aspect of how we live, work and communicate, Alison’s vision is that EVERYONE learns how to coach. Leveraging her many years of Executive Coaching experience and her work as a Coaching Educator with graduate level executive coaching programs at Royal Roads University in Canada and the University of Texas, she has made it her personal mission to support the creation and delivery of professional and powerful programs and products to bring coaching to all corners of the globe with Coaching Out of the Box®.

Leveraging his background as an entrepreneur and his graduate level education in Executive Coaching, Dave has supported organizations in developing the competency of coaching with their people to maximize results. In less than 5 years Dave has become a successful executive coach and dynamic coach trainer working nationally and internationally with the public and private sectors. Dave is featured in our Coaching Documentary, "Airplane Journals and Everything You Want to Know About Coaching", taking a fledgling solopreneur/filmmaker to a successful Entrepreneur with seven employees. A true pioneer in the field of coaching, Amy Ruppert has played an integral role in developing coaching as a worldwide profession. As an early leader in the coaching profession, Amy produced groundbreaking curriculum and training events for emerging coaches throughout the world. As a visionary and passionate advocate for coaching, she was a member of the team that first developed the ICF core competencies and the exam criteria that set certification standards, still in use today, for coaches around the world. She has produced and chaired five major global coaching conferences and has facilitated hundreds of hours of coach training for coaches around the world. Amy brings her many years of business and executive coaching experience in private practice, as well as her coaching education design and facilitation experience, to all we do at Coaching Out of the Box®.

Vice-President, Training & Development
Janelle is an RRU Graduate Certified Executive Coach currently residing in New Brunswick, Canada and the Owner of The Integrated Focus Group. Prior to entering the world of coaching, Janelle held senior Human Resource positions for companies in a variety of industry verticals and worked independently as a Personal Coach and seminar facilitator nationally and internationally.
Janelle’s background combined with her formal education in Psychology, Education, Library Science and Human Resource Management provide a solid foundation for her role on the Coaching out of the Box® team, liaising with current and potential Licensed Trainers and assisting with design and presentation of new programs and products.

Director of Operations
A certified Virtual Assistant, Mary-Lou Ashton has been a pioneer in the profession in Canada since 1997. She is also a certified Professional Author’s Assistant and creator of the Virtual Assistant Training Program, Canada's first VA training program. With her well developed strategic planning skills, Mary-Lou brings the ability to take big picture visions and break them down into smaller steps and goals. Her expertise in developing, implementing or streamlining systems and processes, along with documenting the policies and procedures that are the backbone of a strong business foundation, supports Coaching Out of the Box® in running smoothly. In addition, her skills in creating branding initiatives, as well as marketing materials and implementing technology to do business are an asset to the team.

Director of Intercultural Affairs
Passionate about delving into unknown territories, the last 17 years have found Pamela dedicating her energies to coaching and facilitating the training of coaching skills. She is a pioneer in the field, and assisted in shaping what we know coaching to be today. A co-creator of the International Coach Federation’s (ICF) coaching competencies for this profession, during her early work, Pamela also significantly contributed to the design, standards and systems development for coach training in a multi-cultural, virtual training environment that spanned the globe. A seasoned facilitator, speaker and trainer, she has led hundreds of courses in both virtual and live settings, working with individuals in a variety of cultures, regions and business contexts. An experienced Executive Coach, with C-level clients in both private and public sector business, her clients have also included artists, educators, entrepreneurs and small business owners; as eclectic a mix as her various studies.
