HOW TO BECOME A LICENSED 5/5/5 COACHING SKILLS TRAINER You are invited to join our next Information Class to learn more about becoming a licensed trainer. Join the growing team of licensed trainers of 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program, a program designed to support the development of coaching skills in leaders, managers and teams in all types of organizations, public and private.
Successful Licensed Trainers will be in attendance to share their stories with 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program and how the program has contributed to their success as Executive Coaches, as well as details about the program and a Question & Answer period. 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program was specifically created for busy leaders and managers and can be delivered in a variety of formats (i.e., one day, two half days, 8 week teleconference, etc.). By the end of the program participants will leave with coaching tools and skills they can use right away. Pre-work and follow-up individual or group coaching may be incorporated to create a robust offering designed to embed coaching skills in organizations, governments, healthcare and educational environments.
Alison Hendren, MCC, founder of Coaching Out of the Box®, is a pioneer and leader in the coaching profession and is certified as a Master Certified Coach (one of a very small number in Canada) by the International Coach Federation (ICF), the foremost internationally recognized professional association for coaches. She works with corporate, professional and entrepreneurial clients from the fields of medicine, law, finance, consulting, real estate, manufacturing, the service industry, and more. In addition, Alison is the Director of Training and Faculty for the Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching Program at Royal Roads University and a Charter Faculty Member of the University of Texas Executive Coaching Program.

~ The 8 Week Trainer the Trainer Program will be delivered via 8 one and a half hour virtual classrooms. We will be speaking in real time via the latest Voice Over Internet Protocol. The class will be recorded for those who might have to miss one and/or viewable for review.
