Instead we tap into participant's natural way of being and share resources and learning to compliment what they are doing and who they are naturally. We hear over and over again from participants that they "finally get it" and how eager they are to use it.

We believe that people learn from doing. That's why all of our programs and resources engage participants in trying and experimenting with the new things they are learning. We provide easy-to-understand overviews and concept introductions but then we roll up our sleeves and dive into doing it. And all the while we have FUN. Yes, that's right - F-U-N!

They have been on the cutting edge of the coaching profession since its inception. They have taught executive coaching in major universities and largely contributed to the development of the coaching industry standards and competencies on every continent in the world. We have a mission

Coaching Out of the Box® was born from one big question. "What if EVERYONE had coaching skills?" As experts in coaching, we were well aware of the power of good coaching. Over the years we have witnessed incredible transformation in individuals on up to entire organizations that had adopted a coaching culture. We have watched coaching grow from a few dedicated coaches in North America to a global sensation that continues to grow each year in numbers that were incomprehensible ten years ago! Our Core Team has always been passionate about coaching and each one has played a role in taking it to where it is today. But now we're playing bigger. We're taking coaching mainstream! Our mission is to see that EVERYONE has some level of coaching skills. From the CEO to the 3rd grade teacher. The butcher, the baker and the software maker! There isn't ANYONE who couldn't benefit immensely from learning the basics in coaching skills and see their own transformational results in their own world.
