Using Coaching to Lead™

For organizational leaders and decision makers

This program is a perfect introduction for anyone within an organization who wants to learn more about coaching and how it can impact overall organizational performance. It will inform participants if coaching is right for their organization by giving an overview of how and why coaching works as well as some experiential understanding of what it can do. In this program we clarify the role of coaching and how it fits in with other roles such as managing and mentoring. We also provide learning on key coaching skills, how they are used and why they work.

We offer this program in two formats.

1. On-Site
   A 3 hour half day, on-site program where you can have all decision makers and stakeholders in one room.

2. Webinar
   A three week webinar held on the same day and time each week. Each webinar is one hour long and classes will be recorded and can be accessed at any time from a computer if participants cannot make the scheduled class time.
