Train the Trainer for HR Professionals and Internal Training and Development Professionals.

A 38 hour train-the-trainer program for our 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™ designed to equip participants with an in-depth knowledge of advanced coaching skills as well as a solid understanding of best practices to deliver the program. Upon completion participants will become a licensed trainer, fully qualified to deliver the 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™ from Coaching Out of the Box®.

How It Works

3 Stage Progressive Learning Track

You can attend any 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™ as your first stage of training. The next stage is our ten week Coaching Fundamentals™ Program where you will receive in-depth learning on the core competencies of coaching including an oral assessment of your coaching skills and knowledge by a certified professional coach. The third stage of training is in our 8 week Train the Trainer™ Program.

The Box

Train the Trainer™ participants will receive "The Box" which includes a Participant's Guide, Desk Reference Pyramid with the 5/5/5 model, 365 Coaching Questions™ booklet, 50 Coaching Questions quick reference bookmark and The Airplane Journals DVD, a documentary on coaching by an award winning documentary filmmaker which includes coaching demonstrations and instruction. In addition, for trainers only, we include an extensive Trainer's Guide and a PowerPoint Presentation of the entire 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™ you can modify to fit your needs.

Upon successfully completing the Train the Trainer program, participants will be qualified and licensed to use the 5/5/ 5 Coaching Skills Training Program™ with their clients and will be required to purchase "The Box" for each individual they train in the 5/ 5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™.

Delivered by Master Trainers

All of our Train the Trainer™ programs are delivered by one or more of our Coaching Out of the Box® Master Trainers who have extensive knowledge of the 5/5/5 Coaching Skills™ Program and its delivery as well as extensive coach training experience.

International Coach Federation Coach Specific Training hour credit

Coach Specific Training hour documentation will be provided once you have successfully completed the above mentioned programs. You can use this documentation as evidence of coach specific training hours completed to the ICF (International Coach Federation)

Flexibility in Delivery

We recognize licensed trainers may want to organize the materials to suit their style and delivery preference so we have designed the program for trainers to do just that. Once you become Licensed to Deliver the 5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training Program™ you will be required to purchase "The Box" for each individual you train. Each box is priced at $125.00 plus applicable shipping and taxes. We also encourage you to customize the PowerPoint presentation by including your company name, logo and other proprietary references into the materials provided however, we do ask that our logo and identity remain on all copyrighted materials as well.

Once licensed, you will become part of the Coaching Out of the Box®

5/5/5 Coaching Skills Training™ Licensed Trainer Community. This includes a quarterly webinar on best practices, tips and vital resources for you to be successful with this program within your organization. We also provide a resource area on our website for Licensed Trainers only. We foster a community of generosity in sharing coupled with valuable resources.
