Paula is a lifelong learner who holds: the Certified Executive Coach designation through post-graduate studies at Royal Roads, a Masters of Business Administration degree (University of Phoenix), a Bachelor of Administration degree (Athabasca University), and certificates in Personnel Administration and Leadership Development (University of Alberta) and Management Skills (American Press Institute) as well as completion of a Human Resources Management program (Dalhousie University). Paula is certified in a number of specialized tools which she uses to assist clients to excel to their best.
