Rosa Edinga PCC, MBA, CEC
Rosa has provided over 700 hours leadership coaching to leaders in the private, public and health care sectors. She currently holds her Professional Coaching Credential, the 2nd highest coaching designation awarded by the International Coaching Federation.
After completing her Masters in Business Administration, Rosa worked with several small businesses in the areas of marketing and business development. She then joined the Alberta Public Service, and for more than 13 years directly supported leaders at all levels. Rosa has worked with individuals and teams in the areas of leadership development and organizational learning, and has led various reorganizations and change management initiatives in large organizations.
Rosa has worked with leaders across Canada and has an intimate knowledge of the challenges leaders at various stages of their careers face on a daily basis.
Rosa is certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) for both individuals and teams, LEADS in a Caring Environment (LEADS) 360 multi-rater feedback tool, Crucial Conversations and Kouzes and Posner Leadership Fundamentals training. Rosa has supported internal and external groups with team development and strategic planning and is a regular contributor to the International Coach Federation’s Coaching World Blog.
Rosa combines her communication and business background, her experience with leaders in the public sector, with her coaching skills and experience to support leadership development at all levels in organizations. She believes that through the development of strong, authentic leaders, staff at all levels are more engaged and better equipped to deliver on business goals. Rosa uses powerful questions to help clients explore their objectives, challenge their assumptions, foster courageous conversations, identify their challenges, focus their energy and develop action plans to achieve their goals. Rosa is passionate about supporting people to reach the goals they strive for, and to create the career and the life they desire.
