Judy Mackenzie founded TEVO Consulting Inc. in 2007 to provide services and guidance to small and medium businesses. Judy’s primary goal through TEVO is to support companies in reaching their strategic goals by developing leadership and people management systems and processes that allow employees to be at their best. Judy believes engaged employees are fundamental to business success, and designs support and management systems to help people and companies achieve their full potential.
Judy specializes in leadership coaching, which is the culmination of 20 years of executive HR experience in private, public and not for profit sectors as well as a strong social work history which gives her a unique set of experiences to draw from. Judy is the consummate change agent, and has enhanced her Vice President roles in Human Resources by being strategic in her thinking as well as outcomes oriented in her approach. There is a practical, no nonsense approach to Judy’s work and it is always related directly to getting the customer where s/he needs to go
