Marty Rosen MA, ABS
My leadership journey started over 20 years ago as a wilderness guide and outdoor leadership instructor. I formalized my training through graduate studies at the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS) in 1996. I believe my role as a coach is to help individuals and teams tap into their capacity to move towards desired outcomes and to help reframe perceived obstacles into learning challenges.
I view change from a systemic perspective and believe that helping an individual to understand their part in a challenge is integral to creating lasting change. This awareness opens the possibility for a shift in behaviour that can have a lasting impact within an organization.
What I bring to the coaching relationship is a compassion for the challenges of being human, a commitment to achieving clarity in both communication and actions, and a willingness to shine a light on thoughts or behaviours that might be keeping you from reaching your full potential as a leader.
