As a seasoned inspirational leader of people, programs and systems, Carla has spent twenty years in senior leadership roles in the health and insurance sectors. From delivering front line service to leading operational teams to divisional strategic leadership; she has championed internal and external service delivery model transformation. Combine this understanding with qualifications and experience in coaching, human resources, and change management, and a powerful conduit to support leaders and organizations emerges.

As a senior HR executive and Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Carla has coached, facilitated, lead and enabled transition for individuals, teams, departments and organizations. An intuitive leader, Coach, collaborator and change champion, Carla is able to combine her business acumen with the inherent belief in the power of people to create capacity in leaders to transform organizations.

Carla has a Masters degree in Education, Educational Psychology from Dalhousie University; an Advanced Certificate in HR Management from Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto; a Masters Certificate in Project Management from St. Mary’s University; and a Certificate in Change Management (Prosci). As well, she possesses a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University and is trained as a Coach in the LEADS Health Leadership Capability Framework.
